- Develop, implement, and maintain system enhancements as identified and prioritized with the business clients. Specifically, create or enhance pricing calculations, reports, and exports to meet State and Federal Government mandates.
- Provide support for GP and Claims systems and user testing.
- Provide testing support for Claims and GP applications to business users.
- Identify, gather, assess, and document testing requirements for the GP and Claims systems.
- Author and maintain test plans and test cases documentation.
- Adhere to change management policies to comply with all corporate, legal, and regulatory requirements [SOX].
- Respond to solicitations for data in support of internal/external audits, subpoenas, and other legal requests.
- Manage and maintain day-to-day operational duties of the application suites.
- Support the monthly and quarterly reconciliation process for the Pricing group.
