Perform Business Systems Analyst role on project to migrate content and meta-data from two validated LiveLink electronic document management systems (EDMS) to Documentum.
Review existing functional requirements for the Documentum system.
Review existing functional requirements for the LiveLink systems.
Identify and document gaps between Documentum and LiveLink.
Plan and facilitate requirements gathering workshops and working sessions with Livelink business teams
Resolve issues and provide detailed requirement definition alignment* Provide input to Vendor SOW and vendor evaluations
Analyze and document detailed functional requirements and business rules (use cases)
Develop an updated User Requirements Specification (URS)
Key Qualifications & Skills:
Familiarity with Documentum (Roche Condor system a plus)
Familarity with LiveLink (Genentech GMP LiveLink system a plus)
Demonstrated experience collaborating effectively across multiple customer and IT functions
Strong presentation and meeting facilitation skills
Ability to rapidly understand business requirements and communicate business expectations to project development teams.
Ability to work independently in a complex organization
Familiarity with Project Management Methodology (PMM) processes and deliverables
